Cancellation Policy
Upon booking you agree to these policies:
24hr CANCELLATION POLICY
For appointments 1 hour or LESS, 50% of services booked will be charged if cancelled/rescheduled within 24hrs of appointment. ​

48hr CANCELLATION POLICY
For appointments OVER 1 hour, 50% of services booked will be charged if cancelled/rescheduled within 48hrs of appointment.

NO-SHOW POLICY
• 50% of services booked will be charged as a booking fee for no show appointments.
• Calling AFTER your scheduled appointment is considered a no show.
• Additional appointments cannot be booked until all balances are paid on account.
• Multiple no shows will result in refusal of service. ​​​

LATE POLICY
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

DOWNGRADING APPOINTMENT LAST MINUTE
• Clients are charged for full treatment time booked.
• Shortening a scheduled appointment in less than 24/48 hours impacts other client's ability to book.

SICK POLICY
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any cold-like symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, congestion, or a sore throat.​
